We lead by example

We do what we say we will do, and when we will say we will do it

We treat others the way we would like to be treated

Not doing what you said you will do, or doing something different to what you said you would do

Treating others in a way that you would not like have done to you

We are open and honest communicators, and focus on listening

We say what is on our mind at that point in time, without being disrespectful

We seek to understand and to be understood, through active listening and asking open questions

Not saying what is on your mind, brooding or being disrespectful to others

Saying what you want to say, with no regard for who it is said to, or the impact on people

We are flexible, humble and courageous

We are open minded, and open to change when circumstances change

We do the right things, even when it is unpopular

We get done what has to be done

We never think, or act as if we are better than others

We resist change and close our minds to new ideas

We do the wrong things, just to please people

Not doing what has to be done

We are arrogant and aloof

We make clear decisions, and give direction
